L. David Tyner, III is President-CEO of TYRISCO, INC. the largest black owned commercial property-casualty firm in the Northwest. The firm won the prestigious " Business of Tomorrow " Award given by the University of Washington in 2002. Tyner is a former Commissioner, African-American Affairs, State of Washington, serving under both Governor Locke and Governor Gregoire. He is the Founder and Past President of the TABOR 100, and serves on several key local Boards and Committees. Tyner is the Co-Founder of African-American Partners for Prosperity, and it's first Chairman.
